Dezod Port and Polished Head - Custom Cylinder Head - Scion TC 05-10
You must supply an OE cylinder head otherwise a $1000 core charge is assessed to the order. The core head you supply must include bearing caps and cams you intend to use! If you'd like, we can even discount a set of BC performance cams. You may remove valves, guides, seals and valve springs.
Dezod Motorsports now re-shims your cylinder head provided you supply or purchase the camshafts you plan to use on the head. No additional work is required with respect to shimming and bucket work.
A 500 mile break-in period is mandatory for this unit before full abuse.
With the addition of a turbocharger to the motor, everyone knows it's all about better flow. The stock head just will not work that well when you are making a street legend, which is where the 2AZFE Pros at Dezod Motorsports make the one and only, true performance head for your boosted tC!
**18% additional air flow is made on this head over stock.
All heads are assembled and cleaned after receipt. After which, we hand port and polish the intake and exhaust ports. We perform a valve job & lap the valves. We resurface the head and reassemble it before shipping back out to you.

Upgraded dual wound valve springs
Titanium retainers
Upgraded seat locators
Upgraded valve seals
Bronze valve guides
