Super High Flow Converter
Pick up 9 horsepower and 9 lbs.ft. of torque-- at the wheels-- over a stock converter-- with no other changes. Part number 783024 is a direct fit, bolt-in Super High Flow converter with 3" diameter inlet and 2-1/2" diameter outlet. Part number 783025 has the same specifications, but with a 3" diameter outlet. Both converters feature all stainless steel construction and easy, bolt-in installation.
Green line-- Baseline test of stock 1997 GTP. Maximum horsepower 197.4-- maximum torque 273.8 lbs./ft.
Blue line-- Random Technology part number 823024 installed in place of the stock converter. Maximum horsepower 205.6-- maximum torque 282.8 lbs./ft.
Red line-- Random Technology 783024 with exhaust system disconnected. Maximum horsepower 212.3-- maximum torque 290.8 lbs./ft.
